Our love of all things new, shiny, cheap and disposal is having a catastrophic effect on our beautiful world. It's time we all did our bit, however small and hopefully others will follow our lead...yup China I'm talking about you.

Now I could fill this blog with lots of gritty pictures of floating landfill, gushing oil and dying animals but my aim is to be upbeat. Positive things are being done on a grand scale and there are plenty of things that you can do to. Recycling, reusing, buying things that will last, that haven't traveled miles and using eco products in your home. The ethical and environmentally friendly doesn't have to being dull, in fact it's really fricking exciting. There are so many wonderful things to be done with stuff others would perceive as junk.  Why buy new and disposal when you could reuse something old and beautiful.  Or even better create something entirely new from something old!

The Reuse! Recycle! Tip for your home looks as ways to save energy, reviews the latest eco products (the good and the bad and shows you what you can do with your junk. I'll be scavenging in salvage yards and trawling the internet for  home decor, art and furniture ideas. Hopefully influencing you to do the same.
